Editorial Policy

Kepoli publishes independent food writing: stories, recipes, and practical guides for home cooks. This Editorial Policy explains how our content is created, how we keep it trustworthy, and what you can expect from what you read here.

How we create content

Our recipes are developed and tested in an ordinary home kitchen before they are published, using the kind of equipment and ingredients most people already have. When a recipe needs adjusting to work reliably, we make those changes first, so that what you read is what actually worked for us. Our guides and tips are written to be practical and honest, drawing on real cooking experience rather than theory alone.

Accuracy and sourcing

We take accuracy seriously. When we reference facts about ingredients, food safety, or technique, we rely on reputable sources and aim to reflect the current understanding. Cooking is not an exact science, so we try to explain the reasoning behind our recommendations and to be upfront about where results can vary from kitchen to kitchen.

Independence

Kepoli is independent, and our opinions are our own. Our recipes and recommendations reflect our genuine experience, not the priorities of any advertiser or brand. We do not publish paid or sponsored content disguised as editorial. If we ever feature a product or partnership, or if a post contains affiliate links, we will disclose it clearly so you always know what you are reading.

Corrections

We want our content to be as clear and accurate as possible, and we update posts when we find a better or more precise way to explain something. If you spot an error, whether it is a typo, an unclear step, or a mistake in a recipe, please let us know by emailing contact@kepoli.com. We review every report and will correct confirmed errors promptly.

Your trust

Everything on Kepoli is written with the goal of earning and keeping your trust. If we ever fall short of that, we want to hear about it.
